McKinley Hill is a 50 hectare mixed-use township of residential, office, institutional and retail center catering to the BPO industry and its employees. It is located east of Forbes Park and south of the Bonifacio Global City. The commercial buildings in McKinley Hill Cyberpark have open-plan office layouts. Woodridge is a dorm-type condo that targets BPO employees as tenants. A high-rise project, Stamford Executive Residences, is already under construction and will surely offer long-term lease opportunities as well.

Access and Transportation

To make it easier for McKinley Hill employees to reach their workplace from major roads and vice versa, a public transportation system for its business and residential projects has been created. The buses now ply the Eastwood City to Newport City route via C5. As an IT ecozone, McKinley Hill Cyberpark will entitle locators to the following incentives: income tax holidays of up to eight years (and thereafter, payment of 5% tax on gross income in lieu of all national and local taxes and licenses), exemption from duties and taxes on capital equipment, permanent residence status for foreign investors, employment of foreign nationals, and the remittance of earnings from investments - the last of which applies to majority or wholly foreign-owned BPO firms - among others.
